Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 1 1/2 C flour
- 5 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- Optional* 1 C chopped walnuts
1. Preheat your oven to 350F
2. First things first I would mash your bananas. Then, in the same bowl, add all of your other ingredients and mix well.
3. Pour into greased bread pan.
4. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour, or until a knife or toothpick comes out clean.
